SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Bad Bunny’s ex–girlfriend is suing the superstar for at least $40 million over a well-known voice recording she provided the singer before he became famous. Carliz De La Cruz Hernández, whose breathy “Bad Bunny, baby” recording was included in two of the artist’s songs, claimed in a lawsuit filed this month in a Puerto Rico court that her voice and the phrase she came up with are being used without her permission. The lawsuit, which was first reported by online Puerto Rico news site Noticel, notes that the phrase was used in the “Pa Ti,” song, which has more than 355 million views on YouTube and more than 235 million reproductions on Spotify.

Bad Bunny will be returning to his native Puerto Rico in May to host the upcoming “Backlash” event for WWE.

He will also be a character in the upcoming wrestling video game “WWE 2K23.”

A Colorado hiker who broke her leg and spent two nights stranded in the wilderness was rescued last week after a passenger aboard a passing train spotted her lying on a riverbank, officials said. The hiker, a female in her 20s from New Mexico, had gone on a day hike on the Colorado Trail in the Deer Park area when she left the trail, headed south along the bank of the Animas River, fell and broke her leg, said the Office of Emergency Management, San Juan County, Colorado.

Ricky Martin is facing another sexual assault complaint following a filing on Friday in San Juan, Puerto Rico, after the singer sued his nephew for $20million (£17.4million) due to claims he made that they were involved in a sexual relationship.The latest filing was confirmed by a San Juan police spokesman.Although the details of the complaint – including who made it – are not public due to its nature, a source not authorised to speak about the case told AP that it was Martin’s nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sánchez Martin.In a statement obtained by Deadline, Martin’s legal team fiercely denied the allegations, commenting: ‘These claims are wildly offensive and completely untethered from reality.
