Perth and Kinross after what is believed to be an unexploded device was discovered.Roads have been shut off and homes evacuated in Milnathort while an Explosive Ordnance Disposal team work on the item.The device was found in the Victoria Road area of the town.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers are currently in attendance in Milnathort after what is believed to be an unexploded ordnance device was found in the Victoria Road area."A cordon remains in place while specialist teams examine the item.
