Liverpool Women's Hospital explosion video shows 'hero' taxi driver escaping fireball

terrorist attack.The driver, named locally as David Perry, has been labelled a “hero” after he allegedly locked the suspected suicide bomber in the cab before it blew up outside the Liverpool Women’s Hospital yesterday (November 14).The passenger, who has remained unnamed, was declared dead at the scene while Mr Perry has been discharged from hospital.Counter-terrorism police have arrested four men in connection to the incident, aged 20, 21, 26, and 29.Footage has now emerged showing the moment the vehicle burst into flames.In the clip, which appears to be a phone recording of CCTV of the area, the black taxi can be seen pulling up outside the reception.As soon as it comes to a stop, the vehicle explodes, sending debris flying in all.
