Liverpool are currently without both Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, with the centre-back pairing likely out for the rest of the season.
Van Dijk is on the road to recovery after suffering an ACL injury earlier this season, while Gomez suffered a knee ligament injury while on England duty and is unlikely to play again this campaign.
Liverpool are unlikely to replace them in the transfer market, with Jurgen Klopp preferring to solve the problem from within with Nat Phillips and Rhys Williams both getting minutes in the first team.
And Stephen Warnock believes Liverpool will have to be careful about when they both do come back, because neither will be up to speed for perhaps another six months after their return.
