The girl band struggled to get through the session for their new talent show on Friday night after rejecting a number of individuals, as they knew exactly how it feels following their time on the X Factor .
According to an audience member, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall sobbed after axing two talented singers during the auditions, which were held in front of a studio audience at The Backstage Centre in Purfleet, Essex.
