This Morning fashion presenter and model Lisa Snowdon broke down in tears after updating followers about her journey with menopause.

In an Instagram live to her 398,000 followers Lisa, who celebrated her 50th birthday two months ago, revealed that her experience with menopause started when she was 42.The TV personality - who hosts the fashion segment on This Morning - was joined by the menopause doctor, Dr Naomi Potter, for her 30-minute virtual chat discussing the typically taboo conversation.Lisa described her experience as "debilitating" and said she is keen to help other women understand and recognise the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause as she opened up about her own.
