Lionel Messi is reportedly still very much open to the idea of staying at Barcelona as a final decision over his future draws ever closer.
There has been a huge amount of speculation regarding the six-time Ballon d'Or winner ever since he stunned the footballing world by demanding a transfer last summer.
Although he was not granted his wish at the time, with the 33-year-old's contract set to expire in June the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City have been touted as potential candidates to swoop for the Argentinean superstar.
However, Spanish outlet Marca believe that Messi could yet be convinced to remain at the Nou Camp - depending on how the new presidential elections go.
