The 15-minute segments will air daily on Ideal World. Linda said: “It is important to keep your fitness levels up.” The workouts have been specially adapted for older people so people of all ages can take part.
As well as Linda, it will feature the TV legend's other famous pals, including Rustie Lee, Christopher Biggins and stars from The Real Housewives Of Cheshire.
