Law graduate's McDonald's rejection email gets overwhelming response online

A law graduate has gone viral after being turned down for a job at McDonald's. Eve Hammond, a Liverpool John Moores University grad with a with a 2:1 law degree was blown away by the response to her post.

The 21-year-old had shared a picture of her Degree of Bachelor of Laws certificate alongside a picture of her rejection email from the fast food giant.

She posted the picture on Twitter along with the words: "How it started v. how it's going." Eve, who is originally from the Wirral, told the Liverpool Echo : “I just posted it for a tongue-in-cheek joke, I wasn’t expecting to receive that kind of attention.
