In the snap, Lauren was soaking in a swimming pool while wearing a black bikini as her boyfriend Charles Drury, 23, sat behind her, holding on to her bump.
She placed her hands on her boyfriend's hands as the duo enjoyed a break at Cave Hotel in Faversham, Kent, ahead of their baby daughter's arrival. "Baby girl doesn't know how much she is loved already," Lauren captioned the photo, adding a crow emoji.
