mirror.co.ukPregnant Lauren Goodger has revealed that she is meditating and saving her energy for labour. The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 34, first announced her pregnancy with partner Charles Drury in January.
Lauren has since been documenting her pregnancy journey on social media as she deals with this major life change. Now Lauren has posted on her Instagram Stories to give an update on how she is preparing for giving birth.
She penned over a selfie: “Have go meditate every day now and do my homework otherwise I can’t have what’s been planned !!! “Time to start staying no to things”.
However, Lauren revealed that she had missed her hypnobirthing sessions in recent weeks. She went on: “And I’m being told off by @THE MODERN MIDWIFE
