A Lanarkshire woman has been given a new lease of life after changing her lifestyle by losing five stone.Jemma Reynolds, from Lanark, has said she feels like a new woman after her weight loss and is feeling great as she prepares to turn 40 next month.Jemma , who downsized from a dress size 14/16 to a 10/12, joined her local Slimming World group and has been delighted by her success.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

My health has improved, I have more energy, I’m happier and I feel more comfortable in my own skin.“I started Slimming World as I was sick of looking in the mirror and being unhappy with the way I looked.“I had started dreading going on nights out.
