Lady Gaga’s dog walker has released a statement urging the man accused of shooting him to turn himself in after he was mistakenly released from jail.

Ryan Fischer was shot in the chest while walking Gaga’s three French Bulldogs in Los Angeles last year, with two of them being stolen in the attack and later returned.

One of the men accused of being involved in the attack, 19-year-old James Howard Jackson, was reportedly released from jail this week due to an error, with authorities confirming to Buzzfeed News that it was ‘the result of a massive mistake.’Jackson attended a hearing at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Centre, with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department records reportedly showing that he left custody the following day.According to documents, Jackson was released at 3:38pm, with the reason listed only as ‘dismissed.’Fischer said he was ‘deeply concerned’ in a statement which he shared to his Instagram story, and urged Jackson to turn himself in.
