Kirstie Allsopp has insisted she did nothing wrong by bringing a TV crew to film at her house during lockdown. The TV presenter, 48, is said to have infuriated neighbours in Devon by working with a team of eight at her home on a crafting show.

One resident told The Sun : "Many of us our elderly. It’s highly irresponsible." However, Kirstie is adamant she didn't break any rules, declaring: "No one who was filming here went anywhere near the village. "We are encouraging people to stay at home and be adaptive for their mental health - and for fun." She was working on Channel 4 show Keep Crafting and Carry On.
