A West Lothian vet is recognising and honouring acts of kindness in the community.When the UK went into lockdown in March, the team at Westport Veterinary Clinic in Linlithgow set up their hero awards.They decided to contribute to their online and local community by posting and sharing information and links to help keep both pets and children entertained during the lockdown period.One of these was by running a ‘Be Kind’ poster competition.With one entry, from Lily Green (5) of Linlithgow, there was a message from her mum, Lori Grant, which caught their attention.She mentioned that Lily had done lots of pictures but instead of entering them in the competition, she had chosen to donate them all to Linlithgow Care Home to bring some cheer to
