Kim Kardashian has been keeping active during the lockdown and working out every morning before 7an with the help of her personal trainer.
Although the majority of the intense morning workout sessions have been via Facetime, the celebrity trainer has also reportedly made visits to Kim's home but they remained at a distance at all times.
The 39-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star recently shared her workout regime on social media as she was put through her paces by trainer Melissa Alcantara.
According to the social media posts, Kim began with 20-minutes of straight walking lunges. She then takes on bicep curls, ab crunches and dumbbell exercises during her very early daily routine.
