Kilmarnock dump to reopen with new rules in place - here's all you need to know

The recycling centres in Kilmarnock and Cumnock will operate on an appointment only basis.And only a limited range of recycling will be accepted, East Ayrshire Council have also confirmed.The local authority says that both facilities on Western Road and Skares Road will be open only to cars at the moment.In addition, the reopening will be done on a phased basis and the council asks that residents only visit if they really need to.To help the process run as safely and smoothly as possible, certain measures have been put in place including residents needing a residents’ recycling permit and a booking slot before they
