Queen & Slim director Melina Matsoukas has hired veteran producer Khaliah Neal to join her new production company De La Revolución Films as head of film and TV.
The appointment follows Matsoukas and her production banner signing a first-look feature film deal with MGM. Neal most recently served as a film and TV executive at Michael B.
Jordan’s production company, Outlier Society, where she worked on the AMC series 61st Street, created by Peter Moffat and with Courtney B.
