torontosun.comLONDON — Tucked inside a fully-stocked library on the second-floor of a sprawling, built-from-scratch mansion, Sir Kenneth Branagh says it’s not much of a stretch going from the Marvel Cinematic Universe to a world of precocious boy geniuses and fairies.Come to think of it, he muses, it’s not that far off from the world of Hercule Poirot, the mustachioed Agatha Christie creation Branagh played in 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express and this year’s Death on the Nile, either.It’s a rain-drenched afternoon at Longcross Studios, located outside London, and Branagh is midway through filming his big screen adaptation of Artemis Fowl, which is skipping cinemas and headed exclusively to Disney+ on June 12.
