Percy, who was also interviewed alongside Joan, continued: "She had a terrible reaction to something or other on the Saturday." And Joan, who celebrated 20 years of marriage to Percy with a huge event at Claridge's hotel covered exclusively by OK!, praised her husband for his devotion to the poorly young lady.
