mirror.co.ukKate Garraway made an emotional appearance on Good Morning Britain on Friday as she discussed her husband Derek Draper returning home.
Derek, 53, was first admitted into hospital in March 2020 after contracting coronavirus and has finally been sent home to reunite with Kate and their two children, Darcey and Billy.
Speaking to her GMB colleagues Ben Shephard and Ranvir Singh, Kate opened up about Derek's first night back at their London home.
Kate was in a great spirits as she chatted away in her kitchen, but admitted: “It does feel like the hospital as come home with me at the moment." Kate revealed that their living room is now Derek's bedroom and he's brought "a lot of kit with him".
