dailystar.co.ukGood Morning Britain's Kate Garraway accidentally told viewers that she and Adil Ray would be interviewing the late Nikki Grahame this morning.Nikki tragically died on Friday at the age of 38 after a battle with anorexia that had lasted over three decades.Kate and Adil were joined today by her Big Brother co-star Pete Bennett, Kate mistakenly saying they'd be speaking with Nikki herself.The show opened with pictures of Prince Philip instead of Nikki, Adil noting: "Good morning, erm… a bit of a mix-up with the pictures there.
We will be paying tribute to Nikki Grahame as well later."Kate added: "We will be talking to Nikki Grahame as well", before quickly correcting herself: "And we've got one of her best friends Pete..."Devastated Pete told.
