Kate Garraway was forced to apologise to viewers during the latest instalment of Good Morning Britain on Friday. The 53-year-old presenter seemingly "broke the rules" by looking at her mobile phone whilst hosting the ITV breakfast show.
Kate was joined by Charlotte Hawkins, 45, and the pair discussed the latest coronavirus news, including the restrictions being imposed on bars within Parliament to combat the spread of the killer bug.
Kate went on to do more research on her phone but was caught out and had to issue an apology.The hosts had been speaking to reporter Jonathan Swain about the measures implemented by the Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle.Unfortunately, the political journalist didn't know if this was a first for.
