Ben, 46, and Kate, 54, were joined by broadcaster and author Emma Barnett who is campaigning to ensure that periods are no longer a taboo subject.During the discussion about Emma's new book, Kate turned to her co-star to praise him for his support.Speaking to Emma, Ben said: "You know dipping in and out of the book I thoroughly enjoyed it."I not only enjoyed it but I learnt a lot about what you’re sharing and the people who contributed to the book."There are a lot of very entertaining and amusing stories and some quite heart wrenching stories as well.
