mirror.co.ukKate Garraway made a tearful return to Good Morning Britain on Friday, as she gave a live update on her husband's battle with Covid-19.
The 53-year-old TV presenter spoke to Ben Shepherd and Ranvir Singh for the first time in 10 weeks, after she stepped back from her role on the show following Derek Draper's admittance to hospital.
He has been in a coma in intensive care and Kate admitted that he may stay in that condition "for up to a year," as she shared the heartbreaking diagnosis.
Speaking from her garden in North London, Kate praised the medical team that have been at Derek's bedside as he battled coronavirus.
