Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. The singer looked down with a sad expression on his face at one point and appeared to be talking on his cellphone at another.
He wore a red hoodie, black shorts, and a pink beanie style hat and also donned a blue pair of socks and white sneakers. Justin made headlines this past weekend when two women separately claimed they were sexual assaulted by him, with one experience allegedly happening in 2014 and the other in 2015.
