Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

It will be his first tour since 2017 and fans in Scotland will be delighted to learn he will be coming to both Glasgow and Aberdeen in February 2023.
