Tottenham face a nightmare start to the season after being drawn away to Lokomotiv Plovdiv in the Europa League. Spurs face the Bulgarians at Lokomotiv Stadium on Thursday September 17, four days after kicking off the Premier League season at home to Everton.
But their fixture pile-up continues with a trip to Southampton two days later in a packed schedule which could see them forced to play four times in a week.
That's because Spurs then have to squeeze in a Carabao Cup tie, and if they are successful in Bulgaria, another Europa League clash, before hosting Newcastle on Saturday the 26th.
