Jordan Henderson was seen shouting "You're joking" after suffering an injury in the Merseyside derby on Saturday. The Liverpool captain suffered a knock under a challenge from Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure in the first half at Anfield.
The midfielder, who has been used as a makeshift centre-back for Liverpool in recent weeks, tried his best to play on after receiving treatment.
But the Reds skipper was eventually replaced by Nat Phillips. Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool have been hit very hard with injuries this season, and the German is currently without six stars: Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip, Fabinho, Diogo Jota, James Milner and Joe Gomez.
