John was recently forced to tackle a blaze in his kitchen as he cooked on This Morning, the LFB tweeting that it demonstrated how easy such mistakes are to make.
Taking to Twitter with a public safety video on proper kitchen safety, the LFB wrote: "Crews from @bexleyfire are warning never to leave cooking unattended after a fire at a flat in #Sidcup.
