Job Prince William has at King’s Coronation that other royals have been banned from doing

King Charles' Coronation promises to be vastly slimmed down in comparison to Queen Elizabeth's three-hour ceremony in 1953, with a number of key moments and roles for senior royals having been written out.

One of the most notable moments to be altered is the official homage by the Royal Dukes to the sovereign.The removal of the ceremonial position during the ancient service affects the likes of Prince Harry and Prince Andrew and leaves just Prince William fulfilling the role.

A palace source previously revealed to The Sunday Times that Prince Harry will have no official role within his father's coronation on May 6.

They told the paper: "Prince Harry has been written out of the script for the Coronation, with no official role in the service if he attends.
