msn.comManchester United captain was arrested in Greece last summer. Maguire, 28, was found guilty of aggravated assault, resisting arrest and repeated attempts at bribery in a Greek court after a brawl outside a Mykonos club in August.
He was handed a suspended prison sentence of 21 months and 10 days, while his legal team are believed to be preparing an appeal which could take many years to be heard.
Maguire was axed from the England squad following his sentencing and suffered a challenging start to the Premier League season with United.
But he subsequently roared back to form for the Red Devils and the Three Lions, producing a brilliant performance in his latest outing for his country.
