She died aged 27 on Mother’s Day in 2009 after a battle with cervical cancer that was played out before a heartbroken nation.
Jack and Jackie were at Jade’s side when she passed away. But today Jack reveals how the pair have since become estranged and he is desperate to get back in touch.
He told Sun Online: “I haven’t spoken to Jac for a good few months now. I’ve tried to reach out to her but haven’t heard back and just desperately want to know she is doing OK.
