Jack Wilshere admitted he should have listened to the physios more as he reflected with regret on his Arsenal career. Wilshere was hailed as the future of English football after breaking into Arsene Wenger's Gunners team aged just 16.
But a succession of injuries got in the way, and Wilshere ended up making just 198 appearances in 10 years at Arsenal before joining West Ham on a free transfer in 2018.
Before that, Wilshere had chances to rebuild his career with loan spells at Bolton and Bournemouth, and he is now back with the Cherries in the Championship after being released by West Ham in October.
