Ben Shephard is loved by TV viewers in his new role as presenter of This Morning alongside Cat Deeley. Before that, he hosted Good Morning Britain for many years alongside stars including Kate Garraway and Susanna Reid, before quitting in late February, as the team fought back tears.

But although fans see 49 year old Ben, who also hosts quiz show Tipping Point, in their living rooms nearly every day, it's rare to get an insight into Ben's family life with his wife Annie and teen sons, Sam and Jack.

It's something he keeps notoriously private, although he did once admit that Annie was 'annoyed' over his relationship with his mum.

But on his 47th birthday in December 2021, Ben shared a heartwarming photo of him walking with his sons two teenage sons.The TV presenter looked dapper in a blazer and grey scarf as he wrapped his arms around his sons while they strolled through London.
