The former Labour MP was back on hosting duties on the ITV news programme on Monday morning (March 12) alongside Susanna Reid.
As expected, as well as the latest news headlines, the first show of the week was dominated by coverage of the 95th Acadamy Awards after they took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (March 12).
Susanna and Ed were joined throughout the programme via video link by Ross King, who was live on the blue carpet at Vanity Fair's after-party while Noe Phillips was trying to catch the stars at Elton John's Oscars party.
