Aaron confronted Anthony after seeing how scared Ruby was of her estranged father. After he approached Anthony at the depot, the pair got into a sprawl until Anthony admitted he had sexually abused Ruby as a teenager.
However, Anthony labelled their relationship as "special" before taunting Aaron by saying he bets him and Ruby "enjoyed" what was done to them.
In 2016, Emmerdale aired a storyline that followed Aaron as he admitted he had been repeatedly raped by his biological father, Gordon Livesy.
