On Thursday's episode (February 13), DI Roberts paid a visit to the village as to speak with Cain Dingle as the police received new information.
It was then that they arrested him in connection with the disappearance of Anthony Fox. DI Roberts was then seen later on interrogating Cain, as she explained that they've been worried about Anthony Fox missing his appointments as pointed out by Steph earlier on.
She then revealed to Cain that a neighbour had informed the police of someone working late in the garage and creating a lot of noise.
