During Monday's episode, the girls limo was slowly submerging into the frozen lake after Charity veered off the road to avoid hitting Noah Dingle who was wandering around alone and confused.
As the girls made it one by one out of the limo, Leyla and Kerry told Amy to go next. As Vanessa and Tracy waited at the edge of the lake for her to cross, Amy shuffled slowly as the ice creaked beneath her feet.
Fans watched in horror as the ice cracked beneath her feet and she plunged into the icy cold water. Desperately trying to swim back to safety, Amy struggled to find the entrance and kept pounding on the rock solid ice above her head.
