ITV Emmerdale fans 'work out' Tom King's sinister plan after he returns from prison

Emmerdale fans are convinced they've figured out Tom King's (James Chase) next move after his surprising comeback to the soap.

Tom, who is currently serving a three-year prison sentence for domestic abuse and coercive control towards wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper), made Belle's life unbearable with months of abuse, gaslighting and lies.Thankfully, her nightmare ended last year when Tom was sent to jail.

Since then, Belle has been trying to move on from this dark period in her life. Last week, she announced her return to work at Take A Vow, having previously quit due to Tom's controlling behaviour.This week, Belle was emotionally reminded of her wedding anniversary to Tom.

Despite being determined to get a divorce, Belle shared with colleague Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) that she expects Tom to make the process difficult.
