In recent episodes, April returned home after she ran away on Christmas Day morning in order to try and hide her unexpected pregnancy.
During a special episode that showed where April had been, viewers saw her tragic story unfold as she had a stillbirth in the toilets of a gym she managed to sneak into.
After being reunited with her family, April has found it hard to adjust to regular life in the village especially as not only did she lose her daughter, but her good friend Dylan who had protected her on the streets.
