The Prime Minister had previously described the lifting of lockdown restrictions on July 19 as 'cautious yet irreversible'. Yet when asked during today's Downing Street press conference about his commitment to the irreversibility of lockdown easing, Mr Johnson did not rule out a return of coronavirus restrictions.
