"It doesn't get any better" than England at Wembley says Germany's Alex Popp

England. France were beaten 2-1 at Stadium MK on Wednesday night after a brace from Popp has set up a Wembley clash at the weekend in front of a sold-out crowd.

The Germans took the lead through their No. 11 after 40 minutes before an unfortunate own goal from goalkeeper Merle Frohms saw the scores level at half-time.But Martina Voss-Tecklenburg's side came back after the break as Popp got her second of the match from a header that saw her draw level with Beth Mead as the tournament's top scorer.
