Those not quite ready to depart from the peace and quiet of lockdown may have just had their prayers answered by a tiny island cottage - but it comes with a sizeable price tag.

A cosy two-bedroom 300-year-old crog loft cottage in Wales' Llyn Peninsula is ready to go on sale - with a guide price of half a million pounds.

But auctioneers say what it lacks in indoor space, it makes up for with panoramic views of the sea from almost every angle of the surrounding land.

Sitting above the rugged coastline on the western tip of the peninsula, the remote property boasts incredible vistas of sprawling fields and clear blue ocean, reports Wales Online.
