It's being developed by Capital & Centric, whose property developer boss Tim Heatley featured heavily in the recent Manctopia documentary series.
He said he hopes the 275-room hotel will trigger a reaction in people who pass by and put Manchester on an international platform with its architecture.The four-star hotel, which is due to open in 2022, will make up part of Capital & Centric's new.
