This week, Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham launched a new campaign urging men and boys to ‘reflect’ on their behaviour towards women and girls.
The 10-year Gender-Based Violence Strategy campaign aims to challenge behaviours in a bid to tackle rising numbers of sexual harassment of women and girls in public spaces.
The campaign features a powerful video of a young woman being sexually harassed on social media, out jogging, coming out of a coffee shop and out at night.
