The Olympian-turned-reality TV star, 70, was pictured outside a branch of the coffee chain in LA wearing a polo shirt with a mini-skirt and trainers.
She wasn't wearing a face mask as she strolled away with her drink. In California it's mandatory to wear a face covering when going to an indoor public space such as a coffee shop or queueing outside.
However, residents are allowed to go mask-free when outdoors where they are able to maintain a distance of two metres from others.
