Rachel Street, from south London, “lashed out” at Virgin Atlantic staff and pulled a woman’s hair while travelling to Heathrow on January 5, Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court heard.
The court heard how Street was drunk at 40,000ft and launched "an appalling litany of abuse" during the flight. The 41-year-old was spared jail but handed a fine of £10,000, and ordered to pay an additional £1,000 in compensation.
