The huge Quay Street venue will be serving a taste of Deep South America, with barbecue food, bourbon and blues. It's taken shape in the old Walkabout site, completely transforming the venue into one of the most striking bars in the city.
The walls have been covered in orange and teal ceramic tiles, and a huge silver 1920s Air Stream Caravan has been turned into a private hire party space.
