Former Manchester United defender Ronny Johnsen has admitted he was initially unsure about Harry Maguire, but the centre-back has proven him wrong.

United broke the bank to sign Maguire from Leicester City last summer, with the £80million transfer fee the highest ever paid for a defender, surpassing the £75million Liverpool paid for Virgil van Dijk.

Maguire enjoyed a solid start to his United career, before a few questionable performances as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side struggled in November and just after the New Year.
